'This affordable hotel is about 20 mins drive from downtown Charleston. Staff is helpful and nice. We booked for 5 persons, but we had to make the sofabed ourselves. Also there were only towels provided for 4. When we asked, it was no problem and got them. Breakfast is good, but the line for waffles was long and is at the start of the buffet. Maybe move the waffle station to the end and get an extra waffle iron would help a lot. '

'Fantastic, clean hotel in the heart of Charleston near the VA Medical Center. For us, it was great as we were visiting the Citadel, but it’s a great property to easily reach all of Charleston. Check in- front desk manager was so kind, and gave us water, we told him we were traveling all day. Room- immaculate Pool- Rooftop immaculate! Breakfast- great choices, fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, great coffee, eggs….and more. No complaints! Thank you for a wonderful stay!'

'Town and Country Inn and Suites is a wonderful hotel. The staff are responsive to hotel occupants’ needs. When my family and I discovered that the room we were originally assigned to was occupied, the hotel clerk immediately found and secured an available room for us. Likewise, when we went to the pool area and saw that there were no pool towels to use, the same hotel attendant made sure that the towel rack was restocked with plenty of towels.
