'The hot tub and pool were very dirty, full of sand, none of the ice makers worked, when I booked the room I specifically asked for the hot tub and pool to be near, I was out in the building across the road with no pool, no ice make, no hot tub, with the construction workers running fht outside my window. '

'Beautiful resort. Room was very comfortable and clean. Ina took great care of our room. Restaurants and bars were fantastic. The ne concern we had was the water temperature of the shower. Very little cold water. The showers were always very warm to hot causing a lot of steam as there’s no ventilation in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this resort!'

'I requested a beach view, beach front room. The room they gave me was just that, however, the room was on the first floor and when we got to the room and opened the curtains the pool was directly in front of us with people at the pool looking into our room. I requested a different room but they refused to move me. So I really didn't have a view of the beach as we had to keep our curtains closed for privacy. The room was nice enough, but the location of it was not!'

'Great spacious a new looking room. Great ocean view, two bathrooms and fast elevators. Great pool area and restaurant and bar in house. Staff was great. Which the pool stay open until 11:00pm instead of 10:00pm'
