'The room was clean. Staff initially not friendly our room was available and asked to check in early wanted to charge 15. Extra then we said we would wait he called us back and let us for free'

'Positive: spacious room, quiet and the staff is very friendly. Negative: the toilet does not flush properly, little water pressure on the shower head, towels were missing. Not everything in the breakfast room was replenished quickly. Took a long time for the bread to be replenished. Cards did not work when we arrived at our room and had to be reactivated.'

'Great stay for my family, as we visited for a baseball tournament in the area. Was convenient location near the complex. Continental breakfast was great each day. We enjoyed the pool, and my son really enjoyed playing pool in the lobby. All in all, very pleased with our stay.'

'This hotel Quality Inn is very clean. The staff (Sarah &others) maintain the rooms as if they’re the ones who will use the room. The breakfast crew (Cherry) is so helpful with preparing waffles assisting the guests and wrapping the food for you in case you are going back to your room. I was amazed at her willingness to help. The only complaint is that there is no ice machine or laundry room for the guests. I spoke to Nicole the manager and she said she would definitely let the Supervisor know...

'Room need an update. They say they have breakfast but I call coffee and cereal not breakfast. No bread at all. Frontdesk door was closed when checking out. We just had 'breakfast' there. Ticket booth like to check out, did not feel friendly to me. Location is not Super8 worthy.'
