'This place is within walking distance of the beach which was really convenient. However, it's advertised as ocean view and it's really not al all. It's a small mobile home that has been sort of remodeled. We didn't have any issues with arrival communication however, once we got into the door we were knocked out by an intense smell of cat urine. The furniture was completely covered in cat hair and stains everywhere on all carpets ( we immediately put them on the deck and had to buy cleaning...

'Great property! Host was communicative and check-in was easy. The furniture within the home is high quality and comfortable - no staging / cheap furniture. Would stay here again.'

'Great stay for my husband and myself, with our small dog. Stayed 2 weeks and really was our home away from home. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, nice bed linens and towels. Perfect location to walk dog , and beach access not even a block away. Host responded to messages as promptly as time zone difference allowed. We would definitely recommend, and would stay again '

'I messaged the owners upon arrival of our displeasure of a few of the things that we noticed right off the bat and never received a response. These are the things we weren’t happy with during our stay: only 2 forks in kitchen, TV in the living room kept pausing on its own, both beds were awful. They squeaked and made awful noises and sheets and pillows were uncomfortable. Bathroom grout on the floor was horrible. Couch pillows were stained. We didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood.
