'Clean polite service'

'Great walkable location! Plenty of options for eating, and close to the beach. Beautiful view from our balcony. '

'The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, it is currently being remodeled. It was frustrating that the pool was closed and we couldn't use it. Also, our first day the only working ice machine was on the 5th floor. Our 2 day that ice machine didn't work either. The fitness center was closed and inaccessable. When we came down for breakfast the downstairs restrooms were also closed down and we couldn't use. The hallway we were on also...

'The hotel is a lot less maintained than the photos make it look, there’s no housekeeping, the hallways/elevators reek. Parking was obnoxious, lots of obnoxious noise/loitering right outside the hotel. Noise inside the hotel. Hot tub was out of service. Pool was dirty. Only good thing was the view of the ocean and easy access to the beach.'

'The hotel is very run down, but, one of the few that is pet friendly. We just wanted a quick beach getaway.. upon entering the bathroom, there was a huge dead cockroach and what looked like mouse turds… I cleaned that up…. The gal at the front desk was awesome.. did not get her name.. but the whole place smelled like pot… Would I stay there again, only in an emergency.'

'Staff was great, owner or manager, old dude was a jerk. We have booked via Expedia multiple times a year for over 10 years, this was the first time that our chargers were only for the first night and we paid the rest on site, we typically pay all upfront. When we asked for clarification the guy came out and was incredibly rude. He said the fees were because we had a dog with us. I clarified that the dog is a service dog he then back peddled and tripping over his words demand to see my bank...
