'Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The associate who assisted me with check-in was efficient, but I did not find the interaction particularly warm or welcoming, which made the arrival experience feel less pleasant than expected. Upon entering my room, I noticed towels left on the floor near the entrance, which gave the impression that the room had not been fully prepared. I also found that the shower gel and shampoo bottles were less than half...

'Overall the trip was amazing. They don't follow up with fixing things though. Our safe didn't work the whole time we where there maintenance made two appointments to fix it never showed for either. They also claim to have a pool lift and do not so don't count on that. But property was super clean, had a lot of space and we enjoyed ourselves.'

'The rooms were clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. It's in a great location. The bathroom tub needs to be updated, it felt like it was uneven but the water pressure was good. I would stay again.'

'Overall it was a good trip. We stayed about a week. The only concern was when they can to clean out room, they forgot to put bags back in the trash cans so we just had to throw out trash away in the empty can, another thing was they took our body wash and never brought it back. Luckily we had brought some so we didn’t need theirs, but the principle around it agitated me.'

'Resort was nice. Great location and access to beach. The pool was a bit small. The only con is that there were no attendants near pool or lazy river. There was kids hogging tubes and doing dangerous silly things with no one to stop them or manage.'

'The room was OK there was no hot water and the site that I booked the reservation through said they had breakfast complementary breakfast and was told they didn’t do that anymore. That was one of the deciding factors of why I booked at that place but I’ve known they didn’t have a breakfast I would not have booked there.'

'We just got home from our stay and the rooms are in need of repairs and upgrades. Pillows were hard as rocks. Bathroom had a jet tub that you had to crawl in and out of to take a shower. Doors on the vanity were about to fall off. The pool area always had chairs available and the pool attendant came around passing out popsicles, which was a hit on a hot day. Hotel staff was extremely nice and responded quickly when I told them about our coffee maker that didn’t work. Maintenance was there within...
