'My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. '

'I paid over $400 for two nights. I was given one of the nastiest rooms I have stayed in for years. The bathroom sink did not drain, I account more cigarette burns in the furniture than I could remember. Th dishes had hair on them, and when we rolled back the sheets the sheets were dirty. The floor was sticky and the room smelled like an ashtray. The smell of the room was just so bad. The door is such a pain to open, which usually wouldn’t bother me, but this door got so stuck it was just annoying. There was very loud construction on the lazy river, which we weren’t aware of until 24 hours before our stay. We didn’t even use the pool area because the plumbing trucks took up the entire entrance...

'The codes changed and were never communicated. We had to call three times to get a new code to either the building or the room. We had 7 people in a room and towels are not refreshed. Yes is stated once you check in but I was never told of this before booking. Who wants to use the same towel for five days! The ceiling was leaking there is mold on the bathroom.
