The room needs to be updated with better furniture not necessarily new but better, dust all on the vents. One of the vents didn't even have a cover. The kitchen table is an old wooden table which is peeling/ripping apart. Not worth the price, thats all I'm saying. Some.of the other amenities waa good though.
Check in was easy, juat all the fees they have. Insurance on the property isnt an option. Either this price () nonrefundable or a higher price which is refundable within 7-10 business days! Then there was the parking garage which all Suvs & trucks had to park on the first floor. That wasn't a problem. The problem was on our last night, we went out for dinner late & came back there was no parking available at all for our pickup truck, we waited 35mins. We had to park our truck down to another location, risking our vehicle to get towed. They told us to go there because parking is free between 12am-9am. Seriously a mess!!!!!!! Not a great experience. We came inside & went straight to the front desk and asked for a refund because we paid for parking on this property not no one else's property. We were told to talk to someone in the morning for the redund. I came here to relax but left there frustrated.
