'Quaint, charming, perhaps a little outdated and neglected (screens on door were ripped, had to get down on hands and knees to turn on old heater). So why did I rate it a 5? It was everything I wanted - an authentic 1920s cottage right on the creek, that wasn't charging an arm and a leg. The setting can't be beat! Would highly recommend!'
