'het verblijf bij Rachel was prima , heerlijk rustig poolhouse met een fijn zwembad en heerlijke jacuzzi die snel lekker warm is . zwembad niet gebruikt omdat het nog vroeg in het seizoen was en nog niet verwarmd . bed boven was prima , ,maar niet groot , sofabed was minder comfortabel en neemt alle ruimte beneden in beslag. douche was echt heel klein zoals de vorige reviews aan aangaven . verder was alles aanwezig ; grote koelkast en mooi fornuis met oven . magnetron , blender , toaster ,...

'We absolutely loved our stay at Colin and Susan’s guest suite, we found ourselves wishing we had gotten to spend more time at the property itself! The hot tub and hammock overlooking the mountains were amazing amenities, we had so much fun horseback riding with Colin and Maura, and the suite was exactly as pictured. Susan even provided some basic groceries in the fridge. Highly recommend, wonderful hosts of a wonderful property!'

'The property owner doesn’t miss a single thing! Having everything a beachside rental should have, and all in good condition, makes the day fun. A gorgeous walk street and a perfect parking spot in the back. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, two-three blocks to just about everywhere. The rental is charming and 100% recommended.'

'This location had a beautiful view and serene outside location. Wonderful hosts, helped if we needed anything. We did not realize however it was the lower unit of the house. There were 2 families above us at different times during our stay, and we could hear every footstep from upstairs. Not ideal, I wish we would have known we were the lower unit, so we could expect that. Otherwise a beautiful place and we had a great time in Malibu!'

'This place was so bad, we decided to leave early. The best part was driving there. If you arrive at night the code key box is the same color as the brick wall it’s hard to find at night and lighting is horrible. There is no way to lock the sliding glass door when you leave it only locks from the inside. The kitchen, the microwave was dirty nasty. 'The property is in a great location, with a Whole Foods just down the block. The house is quiet and nicely appointed with a great bed, nice furniture, good coffee, and wonderful backyard views (take a nap on the hammock and listen to the bamboo sway in the breeze). It doesn’t have ac, but crack the doors and windows for a breeze and it’s just fine. We would have loved some options for pillows other than feather, but the bed was super comfy. 'I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.'
