'I booked this property to decompress after the Stagecoach country music festival. It was amazing. The grounds were gorgeous, the views were amazing, and it was right down the street from the best beaches in Malibu. Highly recommend trying Vintage Grocers if you book a stay here. Great food. 'The house was nice, and quiet, close to the beach and had a nice hot tub/outdoor space. Only small downside, There were 8 of us and we only had 6 wash clothes. There were no spare bath towels. We contacted the owner and they didn't provide any additional. There were also no Kleenex in the house.'

'We enjoyed our stay in Agoura Hills. The house location is ideal, close to the 101, shopping and restaurants. We were impressed by both the cleanliness of the house and the communication with the owner. There was plenty of room for us and enjoyed the backyard which included a pool, hot tub and gas grill. 'I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice.
