'Everything was as advertised and communication with property manager was great. Beautifully decorated unit and well cared for with all the conveniences you could want. Beds/pillows were VERY comfortable with very nice quilts. Also, there were lots of supplies in the closet if needed (TP, etc.) Always appreciate that. Access to food/coffee and parks was easy and walkable. The listing gives details about very tight parking and the need to back out. But smaller cars are the only ones that would fit...

'My son and I stayed here on a visit to see my daughter. The place was perfect with a pull out couch bed. The unit is very clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. We could easily walk to downtown, the river walk, and Rainey Street bars and restaurants. The view from the unit is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.'

'There were some communication errors with the vacasa staff. Twice, our room card expired and had to get new ones. Lots of construction in the area at present so be aware of that. Other than that, the suite was gorgeous! Rooftop pool was great! Fitness area was very clean and well equipped! Pet friendly!'

'In town for UT graduation and this place was perfect. Recently renovated from an old apartment building, the complex looks a tad sketchy upon drive-up but those fears quickly disappeared. Nice, spacious, safe, convenient, well-appointed unit feels brand new. Location is perfect with easy access to campus and downtown (via Guad & Lamar) and very quick & easy to get in/out of town (via 35 & MoPac). And a reserved parking spot right in front! Will definitely stay here again!!'

'The place is nice and clean. The direction to get in the condo and the communication with the host is good. The kitchen is fully stacked, just bring your own salt/pepper if you plan to cook. The entry to Jacob's well next to the condo is closed, so we ended up still have to drive to enter Jacob's well park. However the location of the condo is convenient, we can get to places with short drive. One last thing is we got a flat tire during our stay and suspect it is because the nails in the parking...

'Probably 10 Stays in and has never let us down! Depending on which side you stay on the bars could get a little loud at night on the weekends but nothing unbearable. Most residents and guest are always polite and helpful if you get lost finding your unit after check in. Will always use this as my go to in Austin. '
