'When I booked our stay, I asked for a quiet room away from elevators, I forgot to request the top floor. When we checked in, we mentioned it and our room was moved to the top corner away from elevators and convention goers. It had no view, but that didn't matter because quiet and a good few nights sleep are what we were really after. All staff were friendly and attentive. I would stay at this hotel again.'

' Bed was comfortable, staff at the checkin was very pleasant and friendly. Bathroom was fine. Room was large and very nice. Unfortunately, breakfast was very limited. No yogurt, no butter, no juice! We were told the truck had not arrived. The bacon, sausages, peppers and scrambled eggs were all served in the same greasy skillet. No biscuits for the sausage gravy. '
