'We stayed 2 nights. The location is top, nect to the monastery and 2 blocks away from the Plaza de Armas. We were offered an upgrade for extra money, but we took the superior room we booked. The only window looked out over a service corridor with little privacy. Breakfast is okayish and the sauna not really usuable. We did not get the free upgrade (if available) nor a free drink as promised by Expedia. Good stay overall though, Arequipa wonderful'

Great service from everyone at the front desk and restaurant. The larger double twin rooms with sofa were comfortable, clean and with good space, nice rooms, but these larger ones, which are in the back of the hotel have no view.
