'We spent three nights in this cute townhouse. It was well stocked and clean and suited our needs for our stay. The beds were comfortable and off street parking was great. The house was updated with new kitchen and baths. It is a little far from the city areas but we didn’t mind a 20 minute drive to get there.'

'The place worked out OK for us, but wasn't particularly comfortable. Check-in communications were incomplete (off-street parking not described, no TV instructions, etc.). Air conditioning was marginal and window coverings interfered with them (and did not keep out the morning sun). There were several uncovered gaps around the air conditioning. The drier vent had fallen off and had a hole in it so that when re-attached it still vented into the room. More information about the town and amenities...

'Excellent location in downtown Schenectady and enough amenities to make us feel comfortable. It had an odd odor and was sparsely decorated, so it felt like a mostly empty apartment. But we would stay again.'

'The studio was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Everything was as advertised. There was a keurig with k cups and cream provided. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked that we had no problem cooking the meals we planned, despite some of them requiring multiple pots and pans. The bed was UNBELIEVABLY comfortable. The property managers were very communicative and friendly, but never bothersome or overbearing. '

'Liked that it is in the area I was visiting. Didn't like: Futon is unsittable, no easy chairs in living room. Only 2 small metal chairs in living room. No chairs in bedroom. Totally uncomfortable stay. We used bag chairs to sit in to watch tv. Every day smelled pot odor which came through heating ducts. No temperature control in apartment.'
