'We were looking for a little staycation and that's exactly what this place was. The hot tub was hot and clean and very enjoyable both during the day and at night. Lots of walking trails and things to do close by.'

The check-in and entry/exit of the property was very clear and easy. James, the property manager, was incredibly accommodating and available to answer any of our questions or concerns. He really went the extra mile and it was very appreciated.'

'The unit was beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped, as shown in the listing. The location is also great. It is a 10-minute walk to restaurants and bars in a very nice neighbourhood with parking onsite. It is also well-managed and all of the information provided is clear and helpful. Our only issue was the temperature. The unit was cold, and the house instructions indicated that space heaters needed to be requested (at an extra cost) 48 hours in advance if needed. The heat is controlled...

'Apt. is neat and clean actually spacious for a couple could easily add a third person if they we're ok sleeping on couch. we were there for the Travers Stakes was perfect spot one mile drive to the track. Very short drive to restaurants and bars or probably a 20 minute walk if you so chose. Place was quiet easy parking access. How ever parking in Saratoga is not easy access. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.'

But little details could have been taken care of: wall and bathroom fixtures loose, a nail in a bannister, no visible way to operate the shower… attention to these details is important and could have been fixed quickly by the property manager.'
