'Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...

'The property is lovely, clean and well stocked! Everything was easy about our stay, except for the stairs for these old bones. The apartment is walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants. We had a small dog with us and there were plenty of dog friendly areas. One downside is the number of homeless - sad, and some were sketchy. But this is not uncommon in city areas. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!'

'Absolutely the best place I’ve ever stayed in the pigeon forge area. The only draw back is a/c isn’t allowed to be below 75. I understand the reason but still made for a warmer stay. Just bring a couple fans and you’ll be set because it’s an amazing place to stay.'

'So many good things to say about this property: 1. Host is gracious, attentive and communicative. He sincerely wants guests to enjoy and have everything they need. 2. Location is out of but convenient to the city. On the outside, it's like a neighborhood we would live in. 3. Inside the home is high-end, professionally decorated but not stuffy. Our 4- and 7-year-old grandsons especially enjoyed their individual cozy queen bedrooms upstairs. The UT-themed room was a huge hit! Grown-ups loved the...

'Everything was great...one problem the pools are not maintained...lots of dirt and debris in the bottom of the pools...also one of my children ended up with an ear infection before we left...so extra cost for doctor and medicine. The outside pool was not chlorinated.'

'Loved the loft. It was a good location for us as we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. We were able to walk to almost everything. Many dining options in the area. The loft was clean and comfortable. We did not cook while staying there, but there were plenty of plates, glasses silverware etc. only issue was the noise outside. This may have been due to the fact that it was graduation week. One of the bars around the corner had very loud music and the celebrating went on well past 2am....
