All of the essentials were on board and instructions for bathrooms and appliances were clear. The A/C units worked surprisingly well and cooled the rooms quickly. 'What a great, cozy place for our weekend adventure! My sister and I had the pleasure of snatching up this floating house for Labor Day Weekend. The place was perfect for the two of us and my dog. The house was equipped with everything one would need. 'We have never stayed in a houseboat before and this experience was great! The accommodations were clean and well stocked. We were within walking distance of the marina & less than 10 miles away from the nearest grocery. Best part is that we were able to dock our boat right up to the houseboat. We would absolutely stay again. The cons, if your a Verizon customer you pretty much have NO Service.'
