'What an amazing stay! Our party of 9 had a wonderful time at the Stone House - and didn't want to leave. Our only regret was not visiting when the pool was open in summer - so we'll have to go back! The host and housekeeper were so accommodating, friendly, and gracious. The house was immaculately clean, and so very beautiful. Being only 25 minutes from Porto, 30 minutes from the beach and an hour from wineries, we thoroughly enjoyed the location as well. I highly recommend a stay at this...

'This is a beautiful property. Two couples stayed in the villa. Unfortunately the rain was incessant so we were not able to use the outdoor patio and pool. But it was an ideal base to explore Porto, the staff was superb, and the breakfast set us up for the day.'

'We stayed for five days in October; the apartment had lots of space for the five of us. It is located close to the water and restaurants. The unit and the neighbourhood were both quiet. It’s easy to get downtown by bus,tram or Uber. The owner and management company were quick to respond to any questions that we had. The unit is well equipped; we were happy to find an iron and ironing board as we were in Porto for an event. There was a slight musty smell in the downstairs that improved with...

'Was a nice stay!'

'We were there with a big group of 16 men of around 20 years old and we had the best time. The big pool was great in the warm weather and there were enough pool beds. Also the pingpong table, the volleyball net and the tiny goals made sure that we didn't get bored. Doing groceries and going to the beach were doable by foot and on the first day Joao helped us doing the first groceries with his car, perfect service!'

'Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst en tips van de eigenaar. De kids konden niet wachten om het zwembad in te duiken en daarna heerlijk opdrogen in het zonnetje op het dakterras. Het is een schitterend huis, genoeg ruimte voor ons gezin met 4 kids. Schitterende omgeving. Elke dag heerlijk vers brood van de bakkerij, op nog geen 10 minuten loopafstand. Naast de bakkerij een klein winkeltje voor de basisvoorzieningen. Dit keer geen auto gehuurd, maar gebruik gemaakt van openbaar vervoer en de taxi....
