'Almost all hotels and motels I go to if you’re not able to make it you can cancel your reservation and it will be refunded to you. This is one place that does not do that and I wasn’t really happy with that situation. We had a natural disaster in Sikeston and I needed to be home to clean up instead I was committed to do this or lose my money. And staying here was not cheap. '

'Came down for the long weekend for a wedding and to visit family. Wonderful location for us near family and not far from town. Great amenities. Loved having a fenced in yard for our dog. The temps were in the 80s so the ACs did a wonderful job keeping it cool. Loved the use of the google devices. Overall wonderful place to stay would stay again definitely way more comfortable than any hotel.'

'Very clean. Beautiful location and views! Karen is awesome. Bring your fishing poles and sit on the dock! Lots of wildlife. My siblings, their spouses, and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the serene setting. You will not regret coming here with your loved ones.'

'Very relaxing cabin right on Buffalo River. Very clean and decorated nicely. Close to grocery. Host was very responsive and helpful. Cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend. We grilled out on the large back deck overlooking the river and the bed was so comfortable. Two sofas in the living room allowed for us to lounge and watch tv and read. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay'
