'We LOVED staying here! It was perfect for our family. The backyard is cozy and the hot tub is luxurious. The park across the street is perfect for kids and toddlers. It is also covered! The beds are comfortable. My son loved the kids room and spent lots of time playing and watching his favorite shows. The host was easy to get ahold of and very polite. We highly recommended and hope to stay again the future!'

'Even though you can tell this is an older property, it has been updated very thoughtfully and has all the amenities you could want. There were 5 of us and each of the three bedrooms had their own bathroom, which was very appreciated. Hot water showers wasn't an issue, even though we all showered in the evening. 'I wish I could live here permanently. Old world charm with all current amenities. Perfect spot for a family reunion with its multiple wings with rooms and common areas. Worst hotel and manager ever!!!!
"Worst experience ever, this is not worthy of the name Best Western. I had booked 2 rooms for our group, but several insects were crawling in both rooms and a few were dead. Also the smell in the rooms was terrible. We had to cancel the rooms and still drove to a decent overnight stay in Austin. I then emailed the manager several times, but he was not cooperative at all. She kept pretending she didn't understand me via email and kept referring to Expedia. Conclusion: the hotel suits the manager. Both the worst experience ever!!!!"
