'This house is convenient to all things Leadville. We were in town for a family wedding and shared the house with family from across the country. Plenty of space for everyone. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are clean and lots of towels, and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking ware and condiments/spices. Overall, a perfect place for our needs.'

'Very nice kitchen, large spaces, great location to Basalt and ski areas. Completely satisfied our needs, nice to find a basic house in ski country. Figuring out the heat and thermostats took a little time, and the lights above the kitchen counter never came on. Few wall hangings, decorations, or mirrors. However, I would definitely stay there again.'

'This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient). 'Loved the design and layout with all bedrooms downstairs. Very easy access and close to town. Fully stocked with everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. Cozy with soft couch, great bedding, soft pillows and comfortable mattresses. Only a few things we didn’t love: There was a septic like odor downstairs in bedroom area. Home is on main road with constant traffic. Not bad when sleeping with doors and windows closed but loud if open or big trucks go by. The bathrooms could use a few...

The lower bedroom has exterior doors, which were both unsecured (wind blew them open) and drafty causing one of our guests to miss his first day of skiing due to feeling ill and poor sleep. There were two coffee makers, both non-functional. The handles on the tea kettle and 2 pots/pans were dangerously loose. Many of the first dishes we took out of the cabinets were not clean, so we ran 3 dishwasher loads to clean...
