Please note: The HOA is very strict about fly fishing rules and regulations and badges are at risk for the homeowner if any guest uses a spinner rod. Fishing in Ranch of Roaring Fork is for FLY FISHING only. Please abide by all rules posted in the home when fishing!

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom; Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed; Guest Bedroom 2: Twin bunk bed + additional twin bed (sleeps 3); Extras: Pack 'n play available for little travelers. Sleeps up to 7.

Parking & Transportation: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles plus additional guest parking available nearby. Located just 5 minutes from downtown Carbondale and 30 minutes to Aspen and Snowmass. A car is recommended for full access to the valley and nearby towns, but the Ranch at Roaring Fork has a RFTA bus stop for travel across the entire Valley. The RFTA VelociRFTA BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) offers a quick and affordable ride from Carbondale to Aspen, Glenwood Springs, and towns in between. Local stops make it easy to explore downtown on foot or bike.
