'The grounds are lovely and well maintained by the couple that stay on site, Jose & Sandra. They are friendly and soooo helpful. The house is as pictured, but we never did see the game room or the pool table. The other thing I would note is that the pool does need some tile work. 'The house is actually much nicer in real life than in the pictures. You don't need to go anywhere to see the wildlife! Macaws and other parrots, iguanas, monkeys, toucans, and many more are right there, and you can watch them from the 3rd-floor observation deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. 'Very good communication with the host Arnaldo. Easy check in with codes: no keys. The house was very clean. With four bedrooms the house was quite big but very comfortable for our family. The kitchen and furniture are a bit basic, but all new- seems to be recently built or renovated. For shops and restaurants it is a 15 minute drive through the hilly countryside, which was very green and lush when we were there in the rainy season.'
