'What a beautiful place. Very clean, spacious condo with breath taking view. We had no idea what we were doing. Sandra, our concierge, was able to assist us with all of our needs such as booking taxis and golf cart rentals. Her response to all of our questions (we had many!) was prompt and detailed. 'We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved...

'When arriving to Kuun Taak, we got our walk-thru and I really liked what I saw. The property is very beautiful and has a second floor since we booked the family section with two bedrooms, private hot tub and a private pool. The hot tub on the second floor still had leaves in it. This was a huge disappointment since I was looking forward to the hot tub after a long trip..but I digress and I didn't make a big deal at the time. I was told that if I make a request that the hot tub would be prepared....

'The place is perfect for a long weekend getaway! It was clean and the staff on hand were helpful and friendly. The beds were cozy and the kids slept great in the full-size bunk beds. The bedroom window faces out to the elevators. Unfortunately, we were woken up 2 of the nights around 3 am by intoxicated people hanging out right outside our window. The neighbors were friendly too! The property is beautiful. I love being on the ground floor :) Thank you'
