'Dit huis staat op een super locatie met een te gek uitzicht. .....maar dat is helaas ook alles. Het huis is vreselijk oud, vies en echt niet goed bij gehouden. Daarbij kun je het toilet niet gebruiken zoals je zou willen als Nederlander en is er een douche van niks en bedden met Matrassen die echt op zijn! Heel jammer!!!'

'We had a great stay in the house. It is beautifully situated with view on the sea and the sunset and at the back the Mountain. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable and the garden and Pool are great! The town of Capaci is also nice and it is easy to do trips from there. The owners are very committed that your stay is comfortable and communication was very easy. Overall a great stay and a great house!'

'The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The view was as advertised and we felt safe at all times. However, there was a lot of garbage everywhere and other villas in the area looked unkempt or totally abandoned. That said, the pool was always nice and cold when you needed a cool down from the hot Sicilian sun (not heated) and we always kept the bedroom air conditioned so we had a comfortable place to sleep. We were not told that we only had 100 kilowatt hours for the week when we booked so that was a...

'This older, large, two-story home is a tranquil oasis in which we spent five days of our vacation. Relatively close to the Palermo airport, (and airport car rentals,) the home is located in a quiet, well-established, residential area of similar homes. The grounds of the property are spacious and the South patio affords a wonderful view of the gulf and far shore line. Nicely furnished, kitchen well-equipped, and beds are comfortable. 'We were in Sicily for a short weekend stay and we used our time to relax at the house and to swim in the Mediterranean. The seaside views are stunning and the walking access to the sea is accurately listed. The waves can be aggressive and we did get knocked around a bit the first day getting in and out of the water, resulting in some hand, knee, and leg scrapes. 'We had a very good vacation in this villa. The apartment was very nice and spacious with lots of privacy and with a large terrace. It offered a great view over the surrounding area and the sea. The pool was quite large and very nice! The wifi in the apartment was good. In order to get somewhere however a car is needed. Several places for sightseeing and some good beaches can be reached by car within one hour. '

'The hosts of this listing are a delightful couple. They were so welcoming with their own fresh eggs, homemade olive oil and cannolis. They had a basket full of local treats and pasta if we wanted to cook. The place is a little challenging to find but worth it. The property is beautiful and relaxing. It was a lovely way to end our Italy trip.'
