'House has new recliner sofas that were so comfortable. Loved the soaking tub and the backyard. Kitchen was well stocked and we had coffee for each day plus water bottles and snacks. We absolutely loved the house and neighborhood. We walked to the park several times, it's safe and neighborhood is friendly. Owners were great and went above and beyond.'

'We were looking for a place to spend the night after a concert in Charlotte. This was only a few miles away and it was a better deal for us to book this house than 2 hotel rooms! It's an older home but was clean and well-kept. It also had a huge backyard! I would recommend this, especially if you are looking for an extended stay with family and want to be really close to, but not in uptown.'

'This house was an amazing place to stay with a lot of open space and a beautiful backyard and a delightful neighborhood. Nice to have an office therefor working. There more than enough room for our group of six adults and a dog. Will Definitely stay there again. Owner was responsive when I had a question and the walkability to stores and food was enjoyable'

'Awesome communication. We were in town for a music festival and ultimately decided on this place. It was almost 15 minutes away from everything. Also it clean and very homey. I'd highly reccomend this place to everyone looking to book!'

'This house is blocks from tons of action! It is within a short (less than 10-20mins) driving distance of even more cool areas with lots to offer. It was cute, pretty clean and even though you are in the city - the back deck, trees, birds and other nature to be enjoyed, make you feel so serene. Another great thing was the jetted tub in the bathroom - which also overlooks that sweet backyard, again. I mistakenly messed up my booking and accidentally forgot to book the full stay, I shorted myself...

'Property was nice and clean. Had arranged with host to check in by 1:00 but he/she did not send check in information. He finally arrived about 1:20 and asked us to wait a few minutes so he could fold some clothes. We were in a hurry because my grandson was graduating at UNCC at 3:00. When we got back to the property that night, we found out that we did not have any bath cloths. Thus the low rating on communication. Otherwise, the one night stay was fine.'

'The Bungalow was a cozy place with cute decor in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t spend much of our day here but the bed was comfortable and the bungalow was clean. The bus stop is a 30 second walk from here and the ride to town is about 6 minutes. Communication with property manager was good and they offered their assistance for ideas of things to do in Charlotte. Would stay here again if back in Charlotte.'

'This home had lots of space, and other than it not having a hot tub like I had initially seen when booking the place, our stay was great! We made smores, celebrated my daughter's birthday and had good time playing games. The host was nice enough to get us cupcakes and balloons for the celebration which was awesome!!! The place was on a quiet street, and we felt safe. We would stay here again if needed.'
