Spectacular one story, 3 bedroom house with everything you could need, located in a quiet neighborhood, with walking trails, pond, and tennis courts. You are minutes from the expressway as well as all the Ballantyne shopping and restaurants. You really are a $5 Uber ride to everything. My number one goal is to make sure that you can have the best possible stay you can have!

Fully fenced in backyard - Pets are Welcomed! ($50 fee per pet per stay)

Take a dip in our 2-foot deep soaking pool—perfect for a refreshing splash on hot days or an ice bath if you're feeling brave! It's open year-round for whenever the mood strikes. **Please cover when not in use for safety. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times around the pool.**

-15 minutes to Carowinds Amusement Park
-3 minutes to Ballantyne
-25 minutes to Uptown Charlotte (home of the Carolina Panthers and the Charlotte Hornets)
-15 minutes to Premium Outlet Mall
-Driveable Day Trips: Asheville (2hrs), Myrtle Beach (3.5hrs), Wilmington Beach (3hrs), Charleston (3hrs)

Area:
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You would feel 100% comfortable going for a walk. There are also walking trails and a pond that you can fish in or just sit on a bench and enjoy the view.

Getting around:
You have a driveway so you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding parking. You can drive anywhere or spend $5 - 10 for an Uber ride. 5 minutes up the road is the light rail you can take to Uptown Charlotte, Carolina Panthers BOA Stadium, or Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Arena.

My goal is that you have the perfect stay and I will do everything possible that you enjoy your stay. I provide a guest guide book of Charlotte that provides a ton of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. I don't want you just to love your stay at my house, but also love your stay in Charlotte!

I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet. However, if you need any additional assistance, Myself, and my co-host, we both live minutes away from the property so please feel free to reach out to us.

Love this place!

Everything about this house was perfect! It was spotless, has wonderful beds and linens, a fully stocked kitchen, amazing living room and more. The back yard is delightful with a table propane fireplace and a plunge pool. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Home away from home

This home was perfect for our stay in the Charlotte area. It is clean and quiet. We enjoyed drinking coffee each morning listening to the birds in the backyard. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, medical and major roads. The homeowners have upgraded both sofas in the living room to recliners which was awesome to kick back in after a long day. Despite the home being pet friendly there was no hair, stains or odors present. Communication with the owners was always quick and helpful. The thermostat is easy to use and the hvac system is very efficient and quiet with no odors. The beds are very nice, everyone in the party slept very well. Overall AWe will definitely stay again for future visits to the Charlotte area.

Great location

Nicely furnished and very clean. In the heart of Ballantine, so close to restaurants and shopping. Cute neighborhood suitable for a long walks with our Lhasa Poo. Hosts left a welcome gift of fresh baked goods from a nearby bakery (Sunflour Baking Co). They paid attention to the big and little things.

Exactly What we Needed.

Exactly what we needed for a short trip to visit family. Kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Waters and snacks were nice. Backyard was nice for the dogs. Will definitely return if it fits our grups.

So comfortable—Feels like home

We stayed here for 3 weeks and found lots to do in the area. Close to greenways for running, nature walks, biking, etc. Many local craft breweries, restaurants, and antique shops to explore. Close to all that Charlotte has to offer. Neighbors were very nice and congenial. House layout was great: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with two other bedrooms having a shared bath. Computer workspace in one bedroom was greatly appreciated. Good-sized kitchen with keurig coffee maker, and virtually everything you need for home cooked meals. Fully fenced in backyard for our small dog was a plus, although the lawn could have been better.

This house is conveniently located just outside the city. We were able to do everything we wanted to in just a short drive. We went to the Nascar hall of fame,Hendricks Motorsports, Charlotte Motor speedway, and Carowinds. The house was clean and well maintained the owners we very responsive if need. We were in CLT for a wedding and preferred staying all together vs separate hotel rooms. This house was perfect! The decor, furnishings and bedding were excellent. The overall cleanliness of the house was great. Kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs. Very quiet neighborhood and super close to the Ballyntine area and all amenities in that area.

House has new recliner sofas that were so comfortable. Loved the soaking tub and the backyard. Kitchen was well stocked and we had coffee for each day plus water bottles and snacks. We absolutely loved the house and neighborhood. We walked to the park several times, it's safe and neighborhood is friendly. Owners were great and went above and beyond.

Fantastic property there was only three of us but plenty of space even if all beds were taken, the property was well equipped and good location with shopping malls, places to eat and mini golf all within 15 mins. This home had all the necessities covered. Location was easy to get to what we needed. We were in town for a wedding shower in Myers Park. The highway access is close. Very clean place, perfect and comfortable for the 4 of us.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

We were in Charlotte area to decide if we want to relocate there. Our daughter flew in to give us her input. The house is in a great community with everything you need nearby. My favorite was an Indian grocery store that also sold take out or dining area. One of the other customers helped us make choices. Excellent! ( ask about spice level as one entree was spicy ) Back to the house. Great for relaxing. Neighbors are friendly. There were only 2 things that were a minor hassle . One very perky bird outside wakes up at about 5 am chirping away outside the master bedroom . ( bring earplugs if this will bother you ). We noticed some spiders the last day or 2. The host was very responsive and will call in pest people to spray. I forgot to mention, any communication with host is responded to within 15 minutes. Great team ! .
