'Book this property! It is conveniently located in town, close to all shops and restaurants. The apartment is well appointed, comfortable and immaculate. The view from the primary bedroom is incredible! Dorita is an excellent host, and is super friendly and helpful.'

'Giorgio's apartment was amazing! Very clean and comfortable and close to everything in town - and amazing view from the kitchen window! Giorgio was an excellent host and gave clear instructions on where to park and also his recommended restaurants in town. One of our best evenings and meals was at the Osteria Acquacheta. A restaurant Giorgi recommended. We look forward to our next stay in Montepulciano and will definitely stay in Giorgio's home again as well!'

'This property is very special. The view is amazing and the house itself has been beautifully renovated but retains the old world feel. The rooms are huge and it has everything you could ask for. We stayed for several days and didn't even leave the town of Montepulciano as there was so much to explore. It was a real pleasure to stay here and we were all sad to leave.'

'Gessica and Bernardino have created a wonderful space for guests. Bernardino was so gracious to save us a spot in the public parking lot when meeting us for check-in, and he transported our luggage to the apartment while we walked up the stairs to town - it became a well-worn path during our stay. 'Owner was very attentive. A few surprises- no hot water, heating was expensive. Location could not be beat. Make sure you have euros to pay tourist tax to owner when checking out!'

'Giacomo and Giovanna were the perfect hosts. Our Black Tea unit had a magnificient view and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We would recommend this property to everyone-very close to beautiful walking town, great restaurants and fun shops. Also very convenient, Giacomo's excellent coffee shop just steps from or door!'

'Even though it is a little difficult to access due to the fact that it is in the LTZ, that is the price you pay to stay in the quaint old section of town with unparalleled views. The unit was clean and quite comfortable. It is situated just a few minute walk from shops and restaurants and the Piazza Grande.'

'The apartment is large. Basically 3 separate rooms. 2 on the second floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend for someone that cannot do steps, especially the third floor bedroom, as the bathroom has 3 steps to get down to it. It was a beautiful bathroom but just be aware. I cannot say enough about the host, Syed! He bent over backward to transport us to where we wanted to go. (We did a cooking class about 15 minutes from the city! I highly recommend.) 'We loved our stay here. The views from the roof terrace were amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was also cool. We were there during some of the hottest days and the air conditioning was lovely. The location was great. The apartment was truly a great stay.'

'Il Tosco is a quiet, clean and charming place to stay while traveling in Tuscany. The common rooms are cozy and the elegant breakfasts are the best we encountered in Italy. This is a wonderful place to stay with a local quality. Well worth the higher cost. '

'The room has excellent views in a space that oozes character. The shared spaces and rooftop terrace were a very cool added bonus. We stayed in the blue suite and found it spacious and comfortable. The only slight issue was a faint odor coming from the second bedroom. We didn’t use that room and closing the door solved the problem for the rest of the suite, but it is worth noting. I know some people will complain that it is on the third floor and there is no lift, but frankly if this is an issue...

'The property has beautiful views and a peaceful, remote location. It is well equipped for cooking meals and they conveniently provide a starter supply of necessities (kitchen spices, hand soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc.). The property owner, as well as the local property manager, were both very responsive to our questions and the check in and out processes are simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'
