'Overall, the condo complex is a little dated and run down and could use a facelift. The condo unit itself fit our needs perfectly. We pretty much needed a homebase while in the area and this worked just fine. It's cozy, but provides more space than a hotel room. For the price, it was spot on. The hosts were great. We accidently left an item when we checked out. They mailed it back to us (no charge) and we had it in just a couple of days. I would stay there again if we ever return to the area.'

'The rental was as advertised! GPS did take us to a different parking lot, but we easily navigated to the correct building based on unit number. The king bed was very comfortable and the entire rental was extremely clean!! Bathroom was a little small, but that is to be expected in a condo. There was plenty of parking. You could tell the neighborhood/complex was an older establishment when you drove up, but it was a nice part of town, and the area was quiet. The owners did a nice job on the inside...

'We were in town for two nights to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. She received her College of nursing pin on Friday then University graduation ceremony on Saturday. Check-in was a breeze, parking was no problem at all, and the downtown location was fantastic. We walked to Carson‘s for dinner and to Rupp for the ceremony. Will certainly consider this property for future weekend stays during football season…'

'Serenity Place is a swanky and cozy condo in such a great location to downtown. We had no shortage of options of places to walk and things to do as the condo is right across from a plaza where they have live music on Thursday and a farmers market on Saturday. Restaurants and bars surround the place and our group was very happy with the location. The condo is beautiful and was roomy enough for our group of 6 to be very comfortable. The property owner was very responsive and was a delight to...

'This flat was bright and sunny with decent spaces. The bathroom was spacious. Very basic stock of kitchen supplies - but who wants to cook when you are surrounded by so many great restaurants within walking distance!'

'The last time I visited Lexington we stayed at the 21C. This apartment is in the same neighborhood - great location - numerous dining options within a couple blocks. We visited a few of the distilleries in the area and had a blast. I would definitely stay at Claire's place again.'

'We stayed for an extended weekend on our bourbon experience. The price is on point, and the location is pretty good. You are few minutes from downtown; short drive to many distilleries. The only negative thing was the place could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom.'

'This historic home is in the best neighborhood in Lexington, right in the middle of other historic homes and walking distance to many great restaurants. It is nicely appointed, very clean, and very comfortable. The listing photos depict it very well. My family and I would stay here again.'
