It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. 'The rehab on this property is superior and retro-fitted in 1950's style. The owner's have remained "true" to the original design - including the original hardwood floors. In addition, and of equal importance, is the attention to detail (the "little things") - fully stocked kitchen appliances & utensils, bathroom supplies, etc. Finally, the shower was great - nice & large with plenty of hot water. The home is clean and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the TV is a smart TV, so you can throw shows up on the tv from your phone or tablet.
