'We arrived at 8pm and the door to check in was locked. So I had to check my email to see if they send me anything about checking in after 3pm. They did. They sent me a code to my room and my room number. We had to log into Netflix with our own account and pray that when we left it logged us out. 'Had a great time at this luxury apartment :) The balcony was a super nice feature. Lots of windows and had a nice spacious feel. Nicole made it easy throughout the whole process. It was within walking distance of restaurants which was really nice. A short drive to Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan beaches. Definitely recommend!'
