Hotel parfaitement situé dans le vieux Nauplie. Personnel disponible et serviable. Chambre pour 4 en une seule grande pièce assez typique et propre. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité.

Nice property. Park at the free public parking lot which is 5 minutes walk from hotel. Google parking near hotel. Don't drive your manual car directly to the hotel. It has narrow and steep streets.

Good value. Breakfast was extra though fairly priced at 6 euro. Offsite parking free at the port though a fair distance away. Quite a few steps up hill from town. Mattresses we’re too soft and should be upgraded

Charming historical building in a superb location, far from the madding crowd that tend to flock to Nafplio. Super staff, friendly and helpful: old fashioned service. The hotel is up some steps and thence more steps to you room. Well worth the climb: be sure to get a room with a view.

Muy amables. Viajamos con niños y nos tocó una habitación justo en frente del hotel tipo buhardilla con un pequeño balcón. Está muy bien ubicado para ir andando al centro histórico y al puerto. El único inconveniente son las escalaras que hay que subir para llegar y que la zona de parking no es al lado

Lovely location and great views. Be aware you can’t park at the hotel. Breakfast was ok, no options for freshly prepared hot food but what was available was good. Nice outdoor area for chilling (with a G&T)! 😎

Très joli hôtel, situé dans une charmante petite ruelle, en plein centre ville et à quelques minutes à pieds de la mer. La chambre est très confortable et le personnel très gentil. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel!

I thoroughly enjoyed Byron Hotel. My single room was comfortable and cozy despite snow on Peloponnese hilltops nearby. Quick 5 minute walk to the bus station for Athens, Epidavros and Mycenae, as well as the stairclimb to incredible Palamidi Fortress. Balcony looks over tiled roofs to harbor below. Fridge and kettle in room with tea & coffee and a supermarket and fine bakery/sandwich (Euro 2.90 san and try the cinnamon biscotti) shop at nearby waterfront. I loved the breakfast with thick Greek yogurt to mix with muesli & honey, good coffee, boiled egg, cheese, ham and variety of breads plus fresh OJ. Great friendly staff.

Beautiful little hotel on picturesque street. Nafplio is a super cute little town sandwiched between the hills and the sea. Know that you will be walking up A LOT of stairs. The Byron is up a street that becomes a stairway, and then you have to go up some more stairs to check in, and then you have to go up more stairs to your room. But the higher you go, the better the view! We stayed in a 3-person room on the top floor and had an amazing view of the city and the harbor. Nafplio is a walking town, and the Byron is in walking distance to everything. Nice breakfasts included with room.

Quaint old-world charm
This hotel is in the oldest part of Nafpoli, in the middle of everything good in the town, if you have come to explore. Pros: clean, comfortable, quiet, and in the middle of old city. It is reasonably priced. It is living history. It is an authentic experience, unlike the boring amenities of a modern hotel room. The outdoor terrace and breakfast is excellent. Cons: No parking. Involves lot of steps (but it's part of the whole experience). Small room compared to "modern" hotel rooms. It Could be a challenge to locate and you need to bring light luggage. Hint: just up the stairs from the old Orthodox Church. Locals can direct you.

Nice, character-filled hotel in a wonderful town
We really liked this hotel. Full of character. A little rough around the edges but overall very nice. We had a room with balcony and a very nice view. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Suggest that you park in port area and walk to the hotel. This is a few blocks away so plan accordingly.

The Byron has lots of charm and character, you feel like a traveller from another aera. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The best was breakfast in the patio, and the view from our room. It's an historic building has no elevator, so be prepared for some stairs. But you're rewarded with the fantastic view over beautiful Nafplion!

Charming hotel in the centre of Nafplion.
I had a nice double room with a view of the Palamidi. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the centre of Nafplion, so very convenient for sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable, air conditioning easily adjustable, plenty of hot water for showers; and the breakfast was excellent and in a very nice setting, a little courtyard in the open air. The hotel staff were helpful.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful if you're on a budget. I would even suggest Byron if you're not on a budget but just be weary of their small room size. They had a great free breakfast and the concierge helped answer all of our questions. My only concern was that because our room was so small it often smelled when we came back from a day trip.

Pleasantly surprised!
The cost of the hotel was low, so I was expecting it to be a dump, but when I got there, not only was it safe, clean, charming, friendly, and family-run, it was located close to the event I was there for AND it was located in a high rent district...in the heart of the "old city" with chic boutiques and fabulous outside tavernas and bouganvilia a a mere half block away! My room had a quince tree full of ripe fruit just outside and a view of Palamidi Palace, high up on its pinnacle... Last year I stayed at a more expensive place, but it had no view at all, and it was "miles" from the old part of the city. Two caveats about The Byron Hotel.... It has four flights of stairs (my knees are crushed!) - and taxis can only come within 100 feet away (so short a distance, hardly worth mentioning) The Byron was PERFECT for me!

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful city. It's not swish and the breakfast was basic. However it gets top marks for the great atmosphere of the building, the rooptop views over the city and helpful staff. Don't leave the front door open too long or those cats that are always lounging about in the garden will try and sneak in.

Ein schönes Hotel, sehr zentral und freundlich.
Ein kleines, schönes Hotel in einem alten Haus im Herzen von Nafplio. Die Ausstattung war stillvoll und sehr hübsch, das Badezimmer ausreichend groß und perfekt sauber. Der Blick vom Fenster, auch wenn ich nur im ersten Stock war, war ansprechend. Das Frühstückbuffet ziemlich einfach, aber qualitativ gut mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Alles in Allem ein schöner Aufenthalt und, sollte ich wieder nach Nafplio kommen, werde ich wieder hier übernachten.
