'Very comfortable and attractive home away from home. I was there for 31 days . From snow melt to blooming Magnolias and daffodils ! A great private location with trees all around . Plenty of parking. Comfortable furniture. Fireplace . Very little traffic on the road infront. Recommended.'

'Myself, my wife, and our dog stayed the weekend while I was in town for a seminar and, truthfully, I can't think of a single thing about this property that wasn't wonderful. It's located close to everything in town without being in town itself. It's right off a main road, but the cottage is set back enough so that it is not obtrusive. 'Mina was a joy, offering lots of useful tips, giving us a tour of the trees on the property (beautiful old trees), and introducing us to her dog Zoey, giving us a bit of ice and extra coffee (promptly!) when we asked. We stayed 4 nights, did a lot in the area, and our only two hesitations in staying again are that I am 69 years old and struggle a bit with balance, so the stairs are a bit challenging for me, and two, the mattress was not all that comfortable for us, and the bed VERY squeaky (so...

'This is a beautiful home with beautiful views in a quiet area of Strasburg. We loved the sun room and porch views. We enjoyed watching the many birds in the area. One thing that might need to be considered before booking is that there are very steep stairs in the home and an unlevel pathway to the front door. If you have mobility issues, this may not be the right home for you.'

'Beautiful quaint property with many amenities and very close to downtown Lancaster and Tanger outlets while maintaining the authentic Amish charm. The hosts were super friendly. The family dog, Ellie, was super sweet and greeted us every day while playing outside. There is a lot to do that don't require screens, so it provided a nice break from the technology dominated lives we all live these days. Everything was ad advertised. 'It was easy to get to from the highway which is important to me. The place was neat & clean & well decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I have a bad back but had no problems in the morning. Would highly recommend it. One thing I could suggest....if the owner's car could be left out of the driveway long enough so the renters could back in to unload & load their cars.'

'Our stay at the Historic Church was very special. Having a piano was so nice as our friend played and we sang together.
