Location was perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to Bahamar in one direction and grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks in the other direction. 'I can not say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We were 6 college students and our host Carole was super helpful before & during our stay. She answered all questions we had, provided great recommendations (including airport transportation) and checked in on us during our stay. 'The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It looks a lot bigger when you walk in and the views of the ocean are unbelievable. We are a family of six kids ranging from 21-25 and everyone was comfortable with the arrangements. Estell is fantastic and incredibly helpful in every way. It’s very convenient to have Violas steps away. It’s an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Atlantis. It was also very easy to get a cab to go into Nassau. Would definitely rent again.'

'We absolutely loved our stay with Maxine. She was attentive and the apartment had everything we needed. The area was busy and taxis were often available, but most of the attractions were at least a 20 to 30 minute walk. The area is also still apparently recovering from a 2019 hurricane and the pandemic, so it is a little unsightly. All things considered, this apartment was the perfect place to call home during our stay and made all the other struggles much more bearable. '

'This house is beautiful. It was the perfect place for my family. It has a beautiful backyard with a big private pool, which has a colorful night light in the water that makes it look amazing when you get in during the night. Calvin was very kind and he made the check in/out process very easy and smooth. I would totally come back next time we travel to Nassau. I recommend it 100%.'

'The property manager was amazing. Expedia dropped the ball on an excursion when neither I nor expedia could get in contact with the excursion company. Expedia pretty much told me that it was up to our vrbo to fix, even though I booked through expedia directly, not through the vrbo. The property manager reached out to multiple contacts on the island and made the excursion happen. We were so grateful.'

Few beaches are nearby, 5-15 min drive. It is near downtown but not so noisy and crowded. The condo is clean, has everything we needed. The owner gave helpful instructions before we arrived. '

Many better places stay at Nassau
"Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room they charge extra. There are much nicer places to stay in Nassau at better rates!"
