'Winnie’s place is terrific and is exactly like the photo. The place was fully stocked with everything you would need. Having the pool right in front of the house is super convenient. The only small issue is that the beach is a bit far away to walk when it is 95 degrees. But the drive is only a couple minutes and there is almost no one on it. The whole complex is quiet and relaxing. If you want to go on a fun adventure, book something with Captain Owen.'

'There is no complimentary driver from the airport. We found out we have to pay him during our ride. It used to be complimentary a couple years ago, but isn't anymore, he said. Also there is no phone. There used to be one a couple years ago, but it was removed. The place was fairly clean, but was not maintained as well as in the pictures. 'Angela was a great host! Just a quick phone call away for whatever we needed during our stay. The house is great, 3 good size bedrooms. We were 6, 2 young daughters (4and 6) me and my wife, and grandparents. It had plenty of space for all of us. The pool is great for kids and adults as well haha. Location is good, just a 4 minute drive to Goodman's Bay beach, and 10 minutes to downtown Nassau. Highly recommend for a family, and Angela is a great host!'

'This home is lovely! Clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The location was very quiet and easy to find. It was a bit of a drive into the more touristy areas for shopping and restaurants, but it was worth it for our family to stay together in a home rather than separate hotel rooms at a much higher cost.'

'Our stay at Water's Edge was absolute perfection. The house and location were everything we wanted. It felt safe and secluded. We spent a whole day at the house in the pool and snorkeling in the ocean. Being able to step directly into the ocean from the patio was so much fun. And waking up to a sunrise over the water was so beautiful. Mark was very communicative and helpful for planning our trip. HIGHLY recommend Monique and Big Mama for all your transportation needs. 'It was a wonderful choice to rent that property. We are group of four travelled to the Bahamas first time. We rented the car and that condo on Yorkshire street. The location is great. Few beaches are nearby, 5-15 min drive. It is near downtown but not so noisy and crowded. The condo is clean, has everything we needed. The owner gave helpful instructions before we arrived. '

'This property was awesome! Having the beach just steps away from our back door was perfect. The pool was just a few doors down. Kitchen was well equipped. We were just not able to use the grill, seemed like only one side was working or something but we did fine without it. Vanessa was quick to respond when I told her about the propane tank being empty and quickly suggested taxi information. I would highly recommend this rental and will definitely come back with our family.'

'I loved the location and the staff. However, my room had issues with the air conditioning. Room had stale smell, and temperature never got below 74 degrees F. I mentioned this to the front desk, and I heard them call maintenance. But the situation was never remedied.
