'This place is perfect for a family of 5 like ours - 2 adults, 8yo, 7yo, 2yo. It is exceptionally clean and cozy and well stocked. From basics like shampoo, conditioner, wash, oil, salt, pepper, spices, flour, ice to games, duplos, magnatiles, free and gentle pods, we really did not need to bring much. The garage fit our car with the box on and had sleds which we used. 'We just spent our 4th July weekend at Jay & Jennifer’s cozy & fabulous “Historic apartment on the Main Street". The weekend was filled with many memorable activities; epic mountain biking, swimming in the river, exploring the town and visiting several of the local restaurants just a few minutes by walking! Yes it's a small town =) but we felt that this apartment was centrally located to all of our favorite things. You MUST visit the relaxing wine/beer and food bar just downstairs the apartment!...

'We arrived late; yet the hosts made us feel at home. The cabin was clean and made us feel comfortable. Everything from beds to the kitchen was welcoming. The properly grounds, along with views of the lake and surrounding area were so beautiful. Can’t wait to visit again.'

'The Hostess was kind enough to put us in an upgraded cabin right on the river and across the bridge. It is a very pleasant town and area great for biking, motorcycles or our Polaris slingshot.'

'I went with a friend for a wedding in Tahoe. The apartment was centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. It was very cute and well put together, I would definitely stay here again. While it wasn't cold enough this time of year, I loved the blankets everywhere. The only small recommendation: more pillows on the bed (1 each is a little skimpy).'

'The cabin was clean and the host were very nice. It was in the perfect little spot right off the main road, but not in the busy area. Definitely would book again.'

'We stayed for two nights and thought that the place is super cute, clean, comfortable, and apart from being sandwiched between two fairly busy roads, was in a great location! 315 is the lower apartment and is probably a little quieter from traffic than the above apartment. The decks are wonderful with the creek nearby. A wonderful find.'

'We stayed for two nights while we were visting parents in lake of the pines. It was very convenient. Host provided all items needed and some snacks and waters!!!! We would stay again on short visits to see family.'

'Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch!'

'Truly enjoyed this place, so close to town , 2-5 minute walk, and yet was so peaceful with the running river. We walked to breakfast along the miners trail each morning and it was so refreshing to be along the riverside'
