We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was perfect for our week long stay. We loved sitting on the patio for our morning coffee or evening drink by the firepit. The lights at night were such a great touch making it look like fireflies. We will be back again and have recommended this to our family that comes out as well.

We loved our weekend getaway! Check in was super easy and the a/c was already on when we arrived. We spent lots of time on the back patio enjoying the flawless weather and counting stars, but also spent time playing some of the board games provided and vegging out by the TV. The bed was very comfortable and room was quiet even though the house is very close to I-80. The kitchen is large-there are more cabinets than you could possibly fill! Jennifer was quick to answer any questions. We will happily return when next time we need a break from city life.

Lovely home, very clean and comfortable. Minimalist design, great location to enjoy all the Sierra foothills have to offer. Loved the fireplace and the beautiful holiday lights.

Great Stay

What a gem- comfortable cabin with a full kitchen and a pretty view. Conveniently located for visiting both the Sacramento train museum and the Nyack snow park, this was the perfect place for our family to spend a week.

Cabin Trip

We had an amazing time at the cabin, very cozy and easy to get to off the highway. We enjoyed the fire place and the outdoor one as well. We will definitely be back! Hosts were very helpful loved our stay.

My husband and my kids were more than pleased with the stay. You can smell the fresh air and the beauty of the view specially at night with all the stars up on you! The hosts are really nice and friendly, 💯 % recommended!

Great stay

We traveled to Auburn for a family event and this house was a perfect place for our family of 4. It is easily accessible from highway 80 but feels like a remote caving in the woods.

We had an awesome experience staying at this cabin. It's quiet and feel very homey. It's right off I 80E. An hour drive to other cities that are must see. I did a morning walked to the canal trail 2x just to soaked into the morning breeze. The owner was very responsive when I asked for a broom to sweep the kitchen tiles, also brought a mop. Price was reasonable. I will stay here again if I wanted to discover much of that area, my friends were already asking about this place so I definitely recommend for travelers seeking quietness, comfort, affordability and drivability to Lake Tahoe and other surrounding lakes. The only downside is not for peeps with mobility problem as it has stairs to get through to get to the floor. For peeps on wheelchairs, the ramp doesn't get to the floor. But for peeps with walkers maybe they can still get to it with support and assistance.
