'Stayed here for a quick Business trip and it was perfect. Its about the size of a small hotel suite with the mini kitchen, but in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was a third of the price compared to hotels in the area with bad reviews, so this was ideal!'

'House was clean and comfortable. Outside shower was spacious and easier to use than the indoor shower which is very small. Nice rental for 2 people and pet.'

'Everything was great. Peaceful neighborhood, close to beach as advertised. Lots of good restaurants. My only complaint was the bed needs to be at least a queen not a double. Other than that we liked it.'

Direct kwam de beheerder en gaf direct aan wat de code was van het deurslot, vroeg onze naam en gaf aan dat op de eerste etage onze kamer was. tijdsduur 30 seconden. Geen welkom, goede reis gehad, uitleg over ontbijt, koffie staat ... etc. De kamer was zeer klein, lcd tv schermpje en nagenoeg geen plaats om 2 kleine koffers te plaatsen. 'While climbing stairs to the 3rd floor was rough on my bad knees, overall it was a pretty decent place. Employees were friendly and it is only a minute walk to the beach. We would stay there again!'

'While the community bath was an experience, ( It is a guest house after all) The rest was great. The rooms were as advertised, clean and comfortable. If you need an inexpensive place to stay for a few nights in Newark or a place to crash for your red-eye this is an excellent choice.'

'We traveled to NJ to attend a family celebration. The accommodations were great but we experienced vandalism on our car. The window was busted out on the driver's side and they damaged the inside of the vehicle. It was a Sunday of a holiday weekend and there were no repair shops open. We had to drive 5 hours home to VA with no window and the humidity was horrendous.'
