'Three hours waiting time in several rows, until we got our room. And not even the room with ocean view we booked. Complete afternoon lost with waiting in the lobby'

'The 16th floor had people arguing in their rooms and down the hallway till into the early morning hours. Not acceptable. Management needs to figure out a buffing system for noice. Ignorant, rude people will continue to be a problem. '

'The online reviews specifically about elevators had me weary however we did not seem to have any issues. from the moment we arrived until the day we departed - we received the best service from this resort. We traveled with a family of 5 for my daughters 21st birthday and this resort was in a great location, extremely clean, and our 2 bedroom deluxe room was perfect! Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We had an amazing time.'
