'The property grounds were a highlight. We made good use of the pond and it was really neat to hear all the frogs at night. Pros: -Pond - the water is clear and there are lots of toys! -Other outdoor perks like cornhole, horseshoes, visiting tortoises, and lots of places to sit and hang out. -The casita is a tight space, but very doable and it had everything we needed for our stay. AC works good and blocks out outside noise. Cons: -Lots of mosquitoes'

'This is the perfect place to stay to just get away! Roy was so great as a host, it felt so friendly and comfortable to stay at his guest house.
