'We stayed at this property to get in a little R&R with family and attended a New Kids on the Block concert at the Cynthia Wood Mitchell Pavilion. The drive was not bad and there was no traffic. We sure loved the pool and all the amenities. Beautiful, well kept and very wonderful host. I would highly recommend!'

'The house did not seem like it had been reset to standard for new guests to arrive. Sheets were left on the couch, some trash in the yard, and other small items were left around the house, the pool was not cleaned upon arrival. No hot water was available for our 3 night stay. 'everything was wonderful. Only issue is the driveway if you bring a boat to use in the advertised dock. Unless you have a small narrow boat, it is very hard to mauver a boat trailer to and from location and no secure location to store the trailer after launching boat without use of the very narrow driveway. other than that, a wonderful place for the price.'

'Excellent location! We stayed for a week! Well-decorated and well-stocked kitchen to accommodate large family. Throughly enjoyed two boat slips outside the backdoor. Plenty of space for everyone! 'Easy to get to and the location is great for just about any of the activities in or around Conroe. It's close enough to the lake that you can get to any part of it in 30-45 minutes. The neighbors were friendly and considerate.'
