The floors in the unit really needed to be cleaned and the keys/locks were a bit hard to use, those are my only complaints!'

'Wow this place is amazing!! Perfect for a big group getaway where people can break into pairs for sleeping and all come together in the main area or in the beach just steps away from the property. 'A very beautiful and secluded resort just off of the Ocotal Beach area. A short drive from Playa Coco that includes beautiful black sand beaches. The villa was spacious and had lovely views of the ocean. If you have a car, it is an ideal stop as you can access other restaurants nearby, like father rooster, and others in coco. The restaurant at the hotel was also very tasty, and the staff was very friendly.'

'We stayed in the charming treetop casita for 3 nights and wish it were longer. Roger and his wife were such wonderful hosts . Roger gave us a lot of helpful information prior to our visit. 'Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 young children. It is an easy walk to the beach from the property. I would recommend renting a golf cart or car to get to town and neighboring Carrillo beach. The pool and outdoor space were very nice. The house is stocked with plenty of supplies for cooking. Cleaning staff came twice during our stay and did a great job. Great stay overall.'

'Wonderful property, perfect for our multi-generational family. Ana from Yellowfin Tours became our go between with staff, a big help and Google translate! Jimmy house manager was right on any issues! Mercedes and her crew kept us cleaned up and the pool guy was great! We used the recommended Chef for 3 nights, very good and very reasonable. We did rent the golf cars to get around town and to the restaurants and grocery. Sure beat the price of rental car we didn’t need, all our tours pick us up...

'The dining options were very good and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were very well maintained. My only two negatives were that the two bathroom basins wouldn't drain and it took a while to get maintenance to pull out the drain plugs. The second was some of the drinks were obviously watered down. But neither of those things would prevent me from going back. '
