'We had a little mix-up with the room at check-in but the person at the front desk made it right. She was very friendly and helpful with it. The breakfast service was disappointing. it was closed Sunday. On Monday, the food was very good, but the wait both to take my order and to be served were very long. Another person in the restaurant gave up and didn't order. The gym is better than at many hotels. The location is very convenient for UAH. '
