'The hotel room is always fabulous. Everything was clean. The only problem is the pillows smooshed down to a quarter of an inch. You need better pillows we were charged for $10 parking fee and the parking lot is probably well needed to have a repayment job it would’ve been nice to know that the facility charged $10 to park the car there.'

'Pros :The property has gone through some recent renovations which was nice as some of the recent reviews made me believe that only some of the rooms were updated. Check in for me was quick. I had 2 rooms reserved and we got them side by side. Breakfast was great, lots of options. The area in Overland Park was easy to get to and parking was good, however they shouldn't be charging $7/day to park, I feel like this is a nickel and dime charge and should be re-evaluated.
