'Everything was as advertised and communication with property manager was great. Beautifully decorated unit and well cared for with all the conveniences you could want. Beds/pillows were VERY comfortable with very nice quilts. Also, there were lots of supplies in the closet if needed (TP, etc.) Always appreciate that. Access to food/coffee and parks was easy and walkable. The listing gives details about very tight parking and the need to back out. But smaller cars are the only ones that would fit...

The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. We could easily walk to downtown, the river walk, and Rainey Street bars and restaurants. The view from the unit is amazing. 'This property has a wonderful view of the Colorado River and we enjoyed our time at the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed which we were not aware of. There are several nice parks in the vicinity. Recommend to prepare meals on site as close by restaurants are scarce.'

'The property was clean and well-furnished. The downstairs bar was very nice and convenient. Several excellent restaurants were within walking distance. The only downside was that on our check-out day there were no available carts and we had to make many trips to our car.'

My husband enjoyed all the fans in the master so we slept well, my 8yr old son loved all the bunk beds and the big tv in the kids room and I loved all the decorative touches that felt like home. It was close to our family we were visiting so it was perfect. We will definitely be back this summer. :)'

'The room was smaller than we thought, there's NO way it can sleep six adults. There was no sponge to wash a dish, only one wash machine pod, and zero dishwasher soap pod... no hooks to hang a towel in the bathroom, and needed more lighting'

'We enjoyed our stay, beautiful drive and scenery in the daytime, the lake was gorgeous. The room was clean and cozy, loved the books, and decorations. The patio gave an amazing view of the lake. Gym, Hot tub and bbq was extremely convenient only down fall for us anyway was the sauna was out of order for my husband, they were doing alarm testing so we had it going off for a couple of hours at 10 am, then they had to come inside which was inconvenient. I would recommend more coffee packets, and...

'Very impressed with the Sonder experience. The app to check in/access information/check out was incredibly easy to use. The unit itself was spotless, was located in a great location right off of 6th st near bars/reataurants/groceries, and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend the Sonder Austin to anyone!'

'Probably 10 Stays in and has never let us down! Depending on which side you stay on the bars could get a little loud at night on the weekends but nothing unbearable. Most residents and guest are always polite and helpful if you get lost finding your unit after check in. Will always use this as my go to in Austin. '
