'The convenience of this property was paramount. Shopping of all kinds was minutes away. We did not stay during summer months, but this home is literally 5 minutes from a water slide park. The view from the dock was lovely, the house was clean, and neighborhood was quiet. The two bedrooms feel like one large bedroom without much extra space behind the beds, but it suited our needs just fine. We were return.'

'Wonderful location on a quiet street walking distance to beautiful Lewis Bay, (1/4 mile). Home was very clean, fully equipped kitchen and a Weber outdoor grill. Our host Kara was readily available for questions or concerns. Looking forward to renting this quaint lovely cottage again!!'

'Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch.'

'This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer.
