'We enjoyed our two-week stay in Golden. The carriage house is as advertised and within walking distance to downtown Golden, The downside to its location is that it’s on an alley, complete with several abandoned vehicles and other large items that should be removed. The property, though, is fresh and clean and comfortable, and both the manager and the owner were quick to respond to my messages.'

Didn’t get bother at all by owner as it is the back house. 'I had just moved to boulder and needed a place to stay long term till i found a house. The hosts were amazing, the place is well appointed and beautifully done, you have access to a work area in another cottage and space in the garage for your car, you have your own driveway and private walk to the cottage. The property is amazing and real close to trails near mt sanitas and wonderland lake or you can stroll down 4th to pearl and enjoy the shops and things. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there...

Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. '
