'Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs...

'This is a lovely and surprisingly quiet little spot. My spouse and I enjoyed getting some much needed peace and quiet but we also enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood. Plenty of places for dining and entertainment within a few blocks of the house.'

'A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful....

'Rented the property so we had a place to stay while visiting my sister. It was clean cozy and close to downtown. They were able to accommodate our early check in with ease even though it was made last minute! Good open communication very friendly/welcoming. The property was perfect for what we needed. we wish we were able to use the fire pit and hot tub but due to the Denver weather it snowed quite a bit but it was a beautiful space.'

'We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is right near Golden and convenient to local attractions. Check in was super easy and the home was exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable (including the beds!) and completely stocked with everything you would need for a getaway. Communication with the Property Manager was easy and response time was very quick. We look forward to staying here again!'

'Cute place! It’s a basement apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay. The bed is comfortable, tv works, we even had some complementary coffee. It is a simple place, but our plans were to be out and about for our stay, so it was perfect.'

'We loved our stay in Wash Park neighborhood. Walkability quality is 10/10. Great restaurants for choice and quality. This was the perfect location for the 2 concerts we attended. One concert was at Red Rocks and one was at Mission Ballroom. 10/10 highly recommend. We hope to return again one day soon.'

'Visiting Denver on business and pleasure. The Wash Park Retreat did not disappoint! Located in the heart of the city, an immaculate unit, appointed with modern amenities and decor. Natalie made sure that we had everything we needed and more. She even went above and beyond and searched for an item that was lost on our trip. Communication was great. Highly recommend.'

'House was clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen and bathroom necessities. Perfect for three couples traveling together. Nice common areas to cook, eat and hang out, but nice to have three separate bedroom/bathroom “wings” for some privacy when needed. Only issues were the dryer not working (and no sign telling us so) and the kitchen table extremely unstable. Easy fixes that would have made my review 5 stars!'

'First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. '
