'Beautiful, new hotel with 5 star amenities. Very clean, comfortable bedding, blackout blinds, very large bath, fabulous pool and kid play area - very good hotel. Only downside was the dining options are exceptionally expensive and there is not much around the immediate area - but you can catch the train 1 stop away for plenty of options.'

'It was a very pleasant stay. The happy hours, self laundry and gym were a huge plus! The only downside is that it is far from the city, you have to take the taxi or go by bus everytime. If you want to go shopping or have dinner Causeway bay is recommended and most near to this hotel. Good quality hotel!'

This time, I get a room in the end of the hallway on 22nd floor. I like to sit by the window enjoying the view of Aberdeen harbour and the ocean. 'The property was right where we came out at the Lei Tung exit from the South Island line. Look UP to see Blue Jay Residences. Like many hotels in Hong Kong, the room is small, but we enjoy seeing how they make the best use of the space they have. There was a fridge and small closet area with a few hangers. What we really enjoyed was the walks around town. More old fashioned and slower paced than HK the city. The waterfront is busy with junks looking for tourist riders as well as nicer boats. ...

"Prima locatie, mooie en nette kamers, modern hotel, mooie ontbijtzaal, lekkere jazzy muziek op de achtergrond, kortom, een aanrader met het prima openbaar vervoer praktisch voor de deur, eenmaal in het hotel merk je niets van de drukte op straat.
Enig minpuntje is de receptie. Er kan nauwelijks een blik, een hallo of goedemorgen af als je langsloopt. Misschien is het bescheidenheid maar geeft je niet het gevoel welkom te zijn. Ook bij het vertrek wordt bijvoorbeeld niet gevraagd hoe we ons verblijf hebben ervaren. Jammer want anders was de beoordeling nog hoger uitgevallen."

"Wat een fijne familie kamer/appartement! Schoon, attent personeel, prima ontbijt.
We kwamen al om 11u bij het hotel, moe en toe aan een douche na een lange vlucht uit Amsterdam. Ondanks dat we pas vanaf 14u konden inchecken was onze kamer na 10 minuten wachten al klaar!
Prachtig uitzicht over Hong Kong en Botanische tuin, wat ook een heel fijn plekje is om te relaxen vlak voor de deur. Ook de peak tram zit vlakbij, op loopafstand en een Fusion supermarkt op 50m. Tip: je mag als je het netjes vraagt ook gebruik maken van het zwembad bij de buren (YWCA).
Enige minpunten: er zit niet echt iets leuks qua eten in de buurt (On 8 Bar is wel oké) en het is wat verder van de stad. Er is een shuttleservice in de ochtend en middag. "
